প্রথমত বলতে চাই মোবাইল নিবন্ধন ওয়েবসাইট হল এটি https://neir.btrc.gov.bd/auth/login। আপনি যদি বিদেশ থেকে কোন মোবাইল নিয়ে আসেন  অথবা বাংলাদেশ থেকে মোবাইল কিনে থাকেন তাহলে সেটিকে অবশ্যই নিবন্ধন করে নিবেন । কেননা নিবন্ধন যদি আপনি না করেন তাহলে হয়তো কিছুদিনের ভিতরেই আপনার মোবাইলের নেটওয়ার্ক বিচ্ছিন্ন করা হতে পারে। যেহেতু বাংলাদেশ সরকার ১লা জুলাই ২০২১ তারিখ  থেকে মোবাইল নিবন্ধন করতে হবে এটি ঘোষণা দিয়েছে এবং কার্যক্রম স্বয়ংসম্পূর্ণ ভাবে চলতেছে।

First, go to the message option of your mobile and type KYD then give an SMS. After giving the space, give the IMEI number of your mobile. It is basically a 15 digit number. The easiest way to find out the IMEI number is to simply dial this code * # 06 # from your mobile. After giving IMEI you will send it to 16002. Then you will get a return message on your mobile. There you will see if your phone is official or unofficial i.e. registered. If it has been done then it is better that you do not have to read it again and if it has not been done then I am telling you how to do it.

বিদেশি মোবাইল রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার নিয়ম

সর্বপ্রথম আপনি এই ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করবেন https://neir.btrc.gov.bd/auth/login । এরপর এখান থেকে একটি একাউন্ট করে নিবেন এই অ্যাকাউন্ট করতে কোন রকম কোন টাকা লাগবে না ফ্রিতে করতে পারবেন। একাউন্ট করা হয়ে গেলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের ভেতর আপনি একটি অপশন পাবেন তার নাম হলো স্পেশাল রেজিস্ট্রেশন । এখানে গিয়ে আপনি আপনার মোবাইলের আইএমইআই নাম্বার 15  ডিজিটের এটি দিয়ে দিবেন। আপনার মোবাইলের IMEI নাম্বার যদি না জানা থাকে তাহলে শুধুমাত্র আপনার মোবাইল ফোন থেকে *#06# এই কোডটি ডায়াল করলেই পেয়ে যাবেন।

এরপর মোবাইল রেজিস্ট্রেশন এর জন্য আপনার প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র  সাবমিট করতে হবে (যেমন: পাসপোর্ট এর ভিসা, ইমিগ্রেশন , মোবাইল কেনার রশিদ ইত্যাদি) ।

কাগজপত্র সাবমিট করা হয়ে গেলে আপনার মোবাইলটি যদি বৈধ হয়ে থাকে তাহলে অটোমেটিক ভাবেই সেটি নিবন্ধন হয়ে যাবে। আর যদি আপনার মোবাইল ফোনটি বৈধ না হয় তাহলে আপনাকে এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে ।
