The First Bangladeshi Transgender, Tashnuva Anan Shishir, has started as a news presenter on Boishakhi TV on 8 March at 1:00 PM

She is a dancer, model, and voice artist. This courageous move of her has broken the social taboo. And has encouraged more transgender people to lead a respectable life.

She said, "We need to prioritize people's capabilities over their gender identities.".

Congratulations! Tashnuva Anan,  it is the start of many more to come.

She said about her childhood:

>> Eight or ten did not cut like boys and girls. In adolescence, she has been the victim of hatred, harassment and has been forced to leave her family. But in spite of hundreds of obstacles, he continued his studies and worked in the theater. I heard the story of his change in his mouth. If so, at what point do you want to get back? Everyone will say, childhood. I never wanted to get back to childhood. My childhood was very devastating, very devastating, and very devastating. No one understood me as a child. All my life I have been a victim of human trolls and bullying. So I never want to get back to childhood.
