A judge's decision to deny Britney Spears' father extended command over her issues was an exceptional move that could show reduced trust in James "Jamie" Spears' preparation for the work, experts said Friday.
The Thursday overseeing by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny denied James Spears' issues with giving cash related authority over the conservatorship to a financial foundation, Bessemer Trust, named a year prior as co-conservator.
"Obviously the court doesn't have some trust in the father," said lawful guide David Esquibias, who tended to performer Amanda Bynes in her 2014 conservatorship case. "There ought to be some level of dispute and some nonattendance of trust in the father's financial dynamic."
